Pulp Serials of the 1950s
Pulp serials continued to shape the SFF genres into the 1950s, with new titles including Galaxy Science Fiction being added to the list of influential magazines.
Philip K. Dick, an incredibly influential scifi author, whose "Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep" would eventually be developed into the movie Bladerunner, was published for the first time in Planet Stories in 1952 (v.5, n.7-8).
